At Oulires, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Underwear

  • Panties

  • Opened lingerie

  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the return period.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After reviewing the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund where appropriate

If the issue is caused by our error, Oulires will cover any applicable return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to personal preference (including incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error, including defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing usually takes 10-15 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after being placed.

Orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, any additional shipping costs required to resend the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
