Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier operations.

Shipping Fees

From time to time, Oulires may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by your local customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier or local delivery office.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
